Meet the founders – Allventures

1- Can you briefly explain what your solution is all about? What’s unique about it?

In Allventures we figured out a solution for modern city breaks, which we enclose in the Trawell mobile application. It’s an AI buddy in the traveller’s pocket, which guides the customer to places without the crowd, based on their preferences, and gives the opportunity to learn more about them through gamified challenges.

Have you heard about immersive sightseeing? That’s what we do with Trawell. We combine sightseeing paths generated for the user, on a map, in a game that you can share on social media with others. All this power by AI, which uses APIs calls to ensure sustainability, leads you to places without queues, checks weather conditions, and learns your travel experiences. There is no application on the market that connects both: sightseeing gamification and AI-driven core.

2- What’s the story behind your company? How was the idea for this business born?

Several years ago I took short weekend city breaks to Lviw, Milan and Vienna (the last one, was a 24 hours challenge overnight). I needed to prepare the whole adventure plan on my own. But when I was in the city centre, and my sightseeing started, I felt that I should make a whole plan more interactive, enjoyable like a big city game. Also, many conditions changed during that time! In Milano, the weather changed immediately, in Vienna night market with cuisine from around the world had been cancelled a few hours before I reached the city.

Then I started to think about how to make sightseeing more fun and AI-driven. In 2019 we created the first prototype and presented it at the HackYeah Hackathon. And then COVID period started… The tourist sector was frozen. But since the pandemic finished, people have started travelling again. We took part in the CASSINI Hackathon in May 2022, we won in Poland, and then in Europe, we were in the middle of leaderboards. Then we got into SUN pre-incubation, which helped us to redefine our business models, and define our strategy. And everything after that has become better, and we speeded up our activities, today we take part in the RubikHub accelerator program with a big aim. We want to scale, be present in major European cities, and connect with investors.

3-Which is the challenge that your solution tackles, and how do you set apart from the other companies with similar solutions?

People usually search for the tourist offer of the city while the city should dynamically reach the user. Moreover, looking for attractions on our own, we are doomed to popular, well-known places without access to cool curiosities related to them. We should overcome the effort which users encounter when they’re in a city, wanting to see something immediately in an enjoyable way. When you are travelling and your mind gets overflowed with emotion and experience, it’s not good to lose your head among human-driven user solutions. This is why we create TRAWELL. Go immersive with our app, powered by gamification and AI which select locations in a dynamic way adapted to your preferences. In a moment, and there where you are.

4- What are your goals, and what’s the biggest challenge you are trying to overcome at this moment?

We’re launching our first MVP at the end of April for tourists in Kraków (Poland). We’re going to measure how many repeat app usages we will have, and how many users we can convince to our solution during the next quarter.

During this year we would like to run the next version in Warsaw and Prague. We’re seeking investors and working on the scalability of our solution as well as quick implementation in new cities. We’ve started our acceleration process, and we’re preparing to present our demo in the middle of June, while we are developing our core product and realising our aims which we mentioned a few seconds ago 🙂

5- What advice would you give to an entrepreneur trying to pave his/her way in the space sector landscape?

Space Assets can be used on many levels. The big brainstorm we made is that this kind of data can be used not only in space sectors but can be implemented in space-to-earth solutions. We have focused on the tourism sector. We’re sure that there are many other branches, where the space sector can help, like defence, security, sustainability, daily life or green earth and many more!

If you have an idea, talk about it, and listen to people. During our SUN pre-incubator in 2022, we shared our doubts and ideas with our mentor Gaetano Volpe, who comprehensively understood our ideas and gave us much-needed tips. Keep the faith! It is worth showing the concept to many experts.

6- About SUN, why did you apply?

We wanted to validate our business model and consult with experts involved in startup business and the space industry. SUN pre-incubation helped us to refine that, it gave us a lot of motivation to continue and now we are moving forward!
